appointment or cancel up to 24 hours before their treatment time. No appointment changes can
be done within 24 hours of your appointment. If you are running late, please let us know as
soon as possible so that we can do our best to accommodate. Otherwise, we may
inadvertently charge you as a no-show or cancel your appointment. If you are more than
10 minutes late, you are considered a no-show or late cancellation, and you will incur a
fee equal to 50% of the booked service(s) cost.

Gift Cards
Royal Skin Care gift cards should be treated like cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
Unused balances on gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
