Cancelation & Lateness Policy

We value your time and we hope you’ll value ours. Guests are able to reschedule their appointment or cancel up to 24 hours before their treatment time. No appointment changes can be done within 24 hours of your appointment. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can do our best to accommodate. Otherwise, we may inadvertently charge you as a no-show or cancel your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you are considered a no-show or late cancellation, and you will incur a fee equal to 50% of the booked service(s) cost.

We are continuously updating our policies to try to offer the best possible experience for our guests so check back with us periodically for changes. We hope you understand and look forward to seeing you sometime soon!

Returns on Purchases

Products

We provide store credit on new and unopened products within 7 days of purchase from a physical location.

Services

Payments on services and treatments are non-refundable. Your happiness and satisfaction are of the utmost importance to us. If you have any questions or concerns about a recent skincare service, please message or call us at 619-363-8845 and we would be more than happy to help

Gift Cards

Royal Skin Care gift cards should be treated like cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. Unused balances on gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
